🏗️ 50 MW AI Data Center Planned for Nukus
Following meetings held in Q1 2026, South Korea's Haeorum ESS Energy LLC and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan are planning to build a 50 MW AI Data Center in Nukus.
Planned Phases:
  • Phase 1: 15 MW (5 MW AI + 10 MW Conventional) + 200 MW solar power plant + 200 MW ESS battery
  • Phase 2: 15 MW
  • Phase 3: 20 MW
The facility will operate on self-generated solar energy, with emergency grid electricity usage not exceeding 20% annually. Haeorum ESS Energy will provide investment and EPC management; the Karakalpakstan government has agreed to provide land, permits, and infrastructure support.

☀️ 400 MW Solar Plant Proposed for Uzbekistan Smart City
Following meetings in Q1 2026, South Korea's Haeorum ESS Energy has proposed a 400 MW solar power plant to supply electricity to a major Smart City development in Uzbekistan.
  • 400 MW (Phase 1), expandable to 800+ MW
  • Korean bifacial modules — 22%+ efficiency, 640W class
  • IPP model — full financing, construction & operation
  • 15–25 year PPA — ~750 million kWh annual output
Both parties are continuing negotiations on the next steps toward project implementation.
